Through the year, Delphine and Ludovic take care of there several parcels of sloping vines. They are made of Gamay, Syrah, and Cabernet which, once put together produce the "Côtes de Millau" in red and rosé. The traditional winepress and all the work made by the family show the tradition with which this wine is elaborated.
After the dinner, we could invite you to the cellar, to drink a last glass of wine. We'll then explain the process if you're interested .
You can meet us on the summer markets:
- on Monday evening in Millau
- on Friday evening in Saint Léon
- on Sunday morning in Aguessac
And every day all year round directly at the Domaine de la Cardabelle in Rivière sur Tarn.
